Nova Scotia Distance Learning Programs

Nova Scotia Supported Online Study  Public school supported online study courses follow the Nova Scotia Public School Program curriculum and use materials from the Authorized Learning Resources list. Students enroled in courses through NS Supported Online Study will proceed at their own pace through a course.  There will be self-assessment activities and some tutorial support available to assist students towards completing their course and receiving a Nova Scotia public school program credit for the course. The course work is marked by certified Nova Scotia teachers. Courses are not taught, but there are instructional supports built into the courses and markers will provide clarification of instructions when necessary.
